PS Properties is an ambitious company that develops real estate projects in Spain and Austria. We do that with the perspective of the final user in mind and with respect for direct natural surroundings. Our goal is it to create sustainable values in real estate and enhance the quality of living.

We redesign and develop houses, villa's, chalets, bed&breakfast and small hotels for different markets. Our main focus and expertise are the Balearic islands of Ibiza, Formentera and Mallorca. In Austria we have realized projects in Tirol.

Owner Petra Schuttel has the expertise to creatively develop real estate plans and can handle process and project management. She has obtained and renovated all the houses shown in this website. She lived 6 years with her familiy in Ibiza and travels to find the 'hidden gems' in real estate. Value creation and customer centricity are keywords.
